   “We better make the
most out of it then,” he said.  She reached out to take his hand, and once she was upright, he led her towards the stairs.

Chapter Ten

Ella

Ella allowed Porter to lead her up the stairs, all the way to the third floor.  When they made it to the top o
f the stairs, she found herself in a room that easily took up the whole floor.  She was faced with the wall of windows she had noticed from the driveway.  It was already dark, so all she could really see from the window was the flashing of the lighthouse down the beach.  She watched him turn on a bedside lamp and then he turned back to her.

His bedroom, much like the first floor, was lacking in the decoration department.  His walls were painted a dark navy blue.  There were beige colored, wooden chair ra
ils along the walls, which were beautiful and alluded to the fact that a master craftsman lived here.  There was a door that looked like it led to the master bathroom, and then she caught a glimpse of what looked like a huge walk-in closet that any woman would weep over.  She didn’t have to ask to know that the inside of the closet would be made of cedar with plenty of built in shelves for storage.  She almost gasped out loud when she laid eyes on his bed.

“Did you build your bed?” she asked motioning to
wards it.  He nodded in response and then came towards her.  “It’s really beautiful.”  It was a huge, king size, cherry wood, sleigh bed with plush cream colored bedding.  The head and footboards were flat, not curved like a traditional sleigh bed, and it made the bed look incredibly masculine.  She saw him coming towards her with determined eyes and a shiver ran through her.  “Is there anything in this house that you didn’t build?” she asked, trying to cover for the fact that she was nervous about being with him.  He came around behind her and put his hands on top of her shoulders lightly.  She felt his mouth come down lightly on her neck with a half kiss, half nibble.

“If it’s made of wood,” he said quietly, “I built it.” His words vibrated on her neck
and she let out a small moan.

“Oh God, that’s sexy,” she said as she rolled her neck further to the side to allow him more access.  “That closet over there is sexy, too.  I might have to let you build me one,” she said lazily as his mouth went to work o
n her sensitive neck.

“I can think of a few sexy things, too,” he rubbed his hands down her arms and perched his chin on her shoulder.

   “Oh yeah?”

“Like your legs in this dress. Your ass in this dress.  Generally, you in this dress.  You’re killing
me.”

She turned her face towards him and whispered, “Then why don’t you take it off me?”  She felt his fingers grip the zipper in the back and slowly pull it down.  He eased his hands into her dress at the shoulders and slid it down her arms, letting
it drop all the way to the ground and gather around her feet.  She turned around in his arms and was met by his mouth.  There was no hesitation here.  Every question of reassurance she was asking him, he was answering as their tongues swirled around each other.  His kiss was fierce and it was making it difficult for her to breathe.  She grasped at the bottom of his shirt and pulled it up.  He leaned forward and she got it over his head, ruffling his hair that constantly looked ruffled anyway.  She looked up, ran her hands slowly through it, and found herself looking into his eyes.  “I can’t believe that two nights ago you were yelling at me about jumper cables.”  He smiled at her and nudged her nose with the tip of his.

   “Sorry about that, again.”

“I couldn’t believe how mad you were.”

He sighed and then rested his forehead against hers.  “I couldn’t believe that you were all alone and unprepared.  And I wasn’t really mad at you.  I was uncomfortable.  It caught me off guard how instantly I was pro
tective over you.”  He paused and took a deep breath.  “I don’t usually do this, Ella.  I’m not usually this invested in someone, and the fact that I didn’t even have a choice really irritated me.  I was instantly drawn to you and there was nothing I could do about it.” He dropped a small kiss on her lips.  “I don’t want to do anything about it.  I just want to be here with you and spend the night making you happy.”  She tried to breathe, really tried, but every breath was shallow and edging on frantic.  She wasn’t sure what was going to happen tomorrow, or what life was going to be like once she went back to Portland, but she knew that at this moment, she wanted Porter.  He was offering a night of excitement, pleasure and happiness, and she desperately needed everything he wanted to give her.

She tipped up on her toes and pressed her mouth to his with a new urgency, hoping to alleviate some of the need she was feeling.  She needed to be close to him, needed to be wrapped up in him.  He matched her in aggr
ession when he returned the kiss, and startled her as he grabbed both of her legs behind her thighs and picked her up.  She instinctively wrapped her legs around his waist and let him carry her to the bed where he gently set her down on the edge.  Without breaking their connection, he grabbed her around the waist and scooted her back, using their kiss to guide her down onto the bed.  The feeling of his large body pressing down on her was heady and she found herself arching up to increase the pressure.  It was as if her body was trying to eliminate the space between them.

He broke away from their kiss, only to trail more kisses down her chin and neck, continuing down between her breasts.  He lifted his head for a moment to gaze at her body, then continued
to place kisses up and down her stomach.  “You have an amazing body,” he said between adoring kisses.  She arched up further to meet his mouth, still not close enough, and he reached below her swiftly unhooking her bra.  She helped by pulling it down her arms.  Once she was free, she wrapped her hands around his neck to pull his mouth back to hers.  His large hand found her breast and he began to knead it in a circular motion that was mirrored in every part of her body.  She was swirling everywhere. Her hips were moving in circles, her mouth, too.  Her body was connected to every move he made.

His mouth landed on her nipple and she couldn’t help the cry that came out of her mouth.  Her head fell back and her knees drew up around his hips.  As he worked one
breast with his mouth, he started on the other with his hand, rolling and pinching her nipple.  She was shamelessly grinding everywhere.  Her hands were in his hair, her hips moving, trying to find friction where they could.  A fire had started in her core and she was desperate for relief from the flame.  She needed more.

   “Porter,” she practically growled.

“Hmmm,” he replied, unwilling to leave his station, taking his job very seriously at the moment.

“Porter.  Pants.  Off.” She didn’t have time f
or full sentences now.  He lifted his head and smiled at her, but she frantically grabbed his pants and got to work on the belt.  Within seconds she had him unbuttoned and was pushing his pants and boxers down his legs.  He helped by using his feet to free himself of the last of his clothes.  She found him to be fully hard and a new wave of arousal hit her as she began to stroke him between her thighs.  If she had thought he was ridiculously masculine before, holding him in her hands only solidified her earlier notions.  He was all male.  She couldn’t help but feel like she might have earned a little sexual karma and was now getting her comeuppance for all the crap she’d been dealing with.

He moved down her body and she felt him slip from her hands.  She
frowned, groaning at his absence.  He must have heard her because he brought his face back up to hers, kissed her behind her ear, and whispered, “We’ve got all night, Ella.”   He made a slow trail down her body with his mouth, stopping to suck each of her breasts into taut points.  He continued down, kissing the softness of her stomach.  When he reached her panties, he made an appreciative moan.  “These are sexy as hell, Ella.”

“Glad you approve,” she said happily, glad she’d taken the appropriate precau
tions to pick out the sexiest of her panties.  They were black lace, to match her dress.

“Oh, I definitely approve, but they have to come off now.”

“What a pity,” she laughed.  He grabbed both sides of her lacy thong, and as he pulled them down, his face followed until he was clear down by her feet.  He paused, slowly picked up one of her feet, and lightly kissed the side of her foot, looking directly into her eyes.

“You are beautiful, Ella,” he said quietly, and she believed him.  She gave him a s
hy smile.  She wasn’t self-conscious of her flaws at the moment, because she could see in his eyes that he liked what he saw. He continued to kiss up her calf, all the way up her thigh.  When he moved to the inside of her leg, she tensed, knowing where he was headed.  She hadn’t been with many men, but she was never really comfortable letting anyone go down on her.  She had always been so self-conscious and it was entirely too intimate for her liking.  She had never really enjoyed it and didn’t want to ruin what was, so far, an exceptional sexual experience.  She opened her mouth to stop him, but he met her eyes before she could say anything and he simply stated, “Relax.”  She thought about stopping him still, but then something in the back of her mind told her to just let go.  Her head fell back against the bed and any argument she had was immediately erased at the first glide of his tongue.

Fire.  White hot fire.  Burning out from her core, throughout her limbs, up her chest.  She was immediately thrown
into a pool of liquid heat that she had never experienced.  With every flick of his tongue she felt a new flutter or a new fire being lit within her.  “Oh God, Porter. Don’t stop.”  He paused for only a second to respond.

   “Don’t worry, Ella.  I’ve got y
ou.”  Then he was back to using his mouth to push her towards oblivion.

He was relentless; He endlessly licked, sucked, and nibbled at her.  Her breathing was haggard, and she was making nonsensical noises that fell somewhere between moans of pleasure a
nd worried whimpers.  She was grasping around her, looking for something to hold on to, to ground her, to keep her from floating way.  She found his hands, and held on for her life, or so it felt.  He linked his fingers with hers.  He used her hands to pull her body down towards his mouth, adding even more friction and pressure to his already writhing mouth and her already gyrating body.  The effect was an immediate burst of pleasure that traveled her body, and the initial tidal wave was followed by a slow roll of warmth that seemed to melt her as it traveled and rippled over her.  He stayed on her while she rode the wave, coming down with a loud sigh.  She felt his warm mouth leave her, but she couldn’t form words to vocalize her displeasure in his absence.

He was back to kissing his way up her body and she was lazily running her hand through his hair again.  Half way up, he leaned over to his bedside table and grabbed a condom from the drawer.  He held it up to her, “Want to help me with this?” He was gr
inning at her, and she smiled back, taking it from him.  She opened the package and reached down for him, rolling the condom down his length.  She looked back up at him and pulled his face back to hers and kissed him with a new sense of relief.  The urgent need she had felt earlier had been eradicated with her orgasm, and now she was a liquid cloud, floating on the bed, lazy and willing to do anything to get Porter to this place with her.  She wanted him satisfied and she wanted to be the one to get him there.  She deepened the kiss and felt his arms squeeze around her at the small of her back, tilting her hips up perfectly.  She wrapped her ankles around his back and felt him ready for her.  She squeezed her legs, gently guiding him into her, slowly and fully.

   “God, Ella,” he breathed.

“I know,” she said, kissing him again.

He was in control now and this was for him.  She let him lead her wherever he wanted and he was obviously not in any rush.  His rhythm was slow and sinuous, gradually building in
intensity.  His hips rolled and he kissed her.  The steady thrusts were bold but soft, and she found herself climbing again.  She pulled on his shoulders, again trying to grasp anything she could.   “Let it go,” she heard him whisper in her ear, and it was her undoing.  She fell again, but this time it was smooth and silky.  She felt him speed up his thrusts and knew he was close to coming apart as well.  She did everything should could to get him where she was, meeting his hips with hers, and kissing him harder.  When he finally came, he stilled and buried his face in her neck.  They laid together, slowly coming down from their highs, breathing each other in.

“Am I crushing you?” He finally asked.

“Not at all,” she replied, lazily trailing her hand up and down his back.  He lifted his head, nuzzling the side of her face, and then his eyes met hers.

“That was amazing,” he said, waiting for a response.

“Yes,” she said as she cupped the side of his face.  She was too exhausted to explain the depth to which he had touched her or the heights he’d pushed her to.  He dipped down and kissed her lightly as her eyes closed.  He rolled off of her and she was immediately cold.  She heard his moving around, and guessed he was removing the condom, but she couldn’t open her eyes to see him because her eyelids were suddenly thousand pound weights.  She felt him grab her around her middle and pull her back to his front, cuddling her in tight to him.

“Sleep,” was all she heard him say, and he didn’t have to tell
her twice.
