“But why?”
“They must evolve on Earth and take power when the
time comes. When these children are born you will be our
queen.”
“Queen of what?”
“First Earth, then the Cosmos, as our rejuvenated
species seeks the truth underlying everything we see and feel.”
Ava started to feel guilty, and replied, “Are you are
planning on invading Earth?”
“Not yet, but soon. We first need generations of our
spawn to come forth, grow strong and reproduce. You must
understand, long ago the Earth was a much different place filled
with volcanic rage. Our ship is built from early Earth materials.
In order to repair our ship we must mine the minerals necessary
from Earth. It is the only place in the universe which we have
found this specific alloy to occur naturally in vast quantities.
Your governments will not play nice to our demands so we will take
by force what we need.”
Ava understood, “There is just no way you will get
away with it in your weakened state. I fear for your safety
Jagar.”
“We have that covered. Don’t worry. Now it’s time to
get ready to go back home.”
Jagar’s strong masculine tentacles released her once
again into the pool of thick fluid which held her in place. She
slowly began to lose consciousness. Before she was out completely
she saw Jagar’s face blurring, he responded once more, “We will
meet again, Ava. The future of our civilization depends on it.”
A Re-Awakened State
Ava’s eyes darted open. Panicked and free to move she
looked around expecting to find Jagar, but she once again found
herself in the comfortable confines of her room, wrapped in her
down comforter. Max was still there in bed, in the same position
she remembered last. There were no more green lights, yet the sun
was starting to come up over the horizon and peer through her
windows; a most unwelcoming sight that signaled the reality of the
start of her busy workweek.
Ava awoke Max, “Max, hun… I think I had a bad dream.
I’m scared.”
“What happened? Do you want to talk about it?”
“No, I am just scared that we are not alone. That
something terrible is going to happen to Earth.”
“It is fine Ava, just relax and go back to sleep. It
was just a bad dream. You have a long day ahead of you.”
It was as if nothing had happened.
Was Max right?
Had it all been a dream? Was it all a construct of my mind?
She
ran her hands over her body and felt her vagina. It felt the same,
though her body was very sore. But she knew that muscle tension
could result from stress and her punishing workouts which she had
just stared doing. Pilates was nothing to sneer at as she had
recently discovered.
Ava began to recollect, attempting to probe deeper
into her mind, trying to conjure memories of what had happened to
her. Her memories were fading fast, just like in a dream, yet she
remembered one detail vividly: Jagar, and his powerful, probing
tentacles slipping inside her as they brought her to soul crushing
pleasure.
What did it all mean?
Ava was sure that something
important had happened. It was too real to be a dream. There were
too many details, too much back-story. It was logical unlike her
mostly illogical dreams. It was Monday morning and she was going to
have to get ready to go in the office soon. Unable to find proof of
Jagar’s existence she resigned to the fact that it was all a dream.
She was sad, she missed him, or whatever “he” was.
Implantation: Successful
One week later Ava missed her period for the first
time in 23 years, she had also been extremely bloated. She was
excited, Max and Ava had just recently increased their sexual
frequency in one last attempt to conceive. Ava immediately
scheduled a meeting with her OB/GYN. She wanted to get tests run to
make sure everything was ok. Max accompanied her to the doctor.
Max spoke to the doctor, clearly excited, “Hey Doc,
so what did you find? Are my beautiful Ava and I with child?”
“My tests show that you, in fact, are.
Congratulations! But there are some things I need to speak with
Ava about in private. Do you mind waiting
outside?”
“No problem!”
Excited, Max placed a wet kiss on Ava’s forehead and
left the room.
Ava was excited, “I can’t believe it doc, I’m finally
pregnant!”
“Yes, that you are. But I need to run some additional
tests. Certain levels of hormone were out of range for this stage
of your pregnancy. There is no doubt there is a fetus, but the
levels of hCG in your blood are almost 1000x times normal. To be
honest Ava, I have never seen anything like it. The test was not
made in error as I double checked it. The results are
accurate.”
Ava started to bite her nails. Her foot shook
anxiously as the Doctor left his chair and went to the other room
to bring out an ultrasound machine.
“What’s that for doc?”
“If my hunch is correct, given this level of hormone,
we should be able to see what is going on inside your womb.”
The Doctor took some gel and rubbed it around her
belly, placing the sensor over her womb, and depressing the button.
Images flashed to the screen of the ultrasound machine.
“I can’t find anything yet…but I’ll keep…”
The Doctor was cut off mid sentence.
“What’s a matter doc? What do you see?”
“There is what appears to be…”
The doctor’s eyes widened and his face flushed with
sweat. He struggled to get out his next sentence. “There
appears...”
With a loud thud he passed out directly to the floor.
Ava went to help the Doctor regain his footing when she saw the
monitor. There were 13 Easter egg sized embryos attached to her
uterine wall, each one pulsing in size based on the video captured
from the machine.
Could it really be? Was it real all
along?
Out of nowhere she felt the presence of another
conscience enter her mind. She felt him, it was Jagar.
“Ava, we are on our way back to Earth. We have
noticed your womb is coming along nicely, it worked. We are all
excited to worship our queen.”
“Jagar, what do I do? When will I see you again?”
“Soon, Ava. Soon. You cannot tell anyone of what is
happening inside you. We cannot allow government officials to
abduct you and abort your pregnancy. This will be viewed as a
direct threat to their national security. Your pregnancy will
progress quickly.”
Not sure of what to do she stood above the Doctor and
helped him regain his consciousness and footing.
“Doc, are you okay?”
“Ava, what is going on inside you? Is it of alien
origin? That is the only conclusion I can come to.”
“I don’t know, doc. But this is our secret okay?
Trust me when I tell you, you want to leave this one alone.”
“I understand, please continue to see me for regular
checkups. I want to monitor this pregnancy. For that, my lips are
sealed.”
“Agreed. Please don’t say anything to Max, act
naturally.”
Ava opened the door and entered the waiting room,
motioning for them to leave. As they left Ava’s mind drifted away,
fantasizing about the time that the tentacled beast Jagar would
once again take control. Soon, he said, soon.
