45 shelled pistachios

Medium apple with 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter

8 Kashi Wheat Thins with a light cheese wedge from Laughing Cow

1 cup snap peas with 3 tablespoons hummus

1 medium pear and 1 cup of low-fat or skim milk

Dark-chocolate-covered strawberries: 1 ounce dark chocolate chips, melted, and ¾ cup strawberries (about 5 to 6 medium)

3 rye crackers or Wheat Thins and 2 tablespoons spreadable “light” cheese

Baby burrito: 6-inch corn tortilla, 2 tablespoons bean dip, and 2 tablespoons salsa

Minestrone soup: ½ can of minestrone soup and 2 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese

¼ cup low-fat cottage cheese and ¼ cup fresh pineapple

1 packet Quaker’s Low Sugar Instant Oatmeal (prepare with water)
