Granola Date Bread

We experimented with several different types of granola from our local health-food store. The plain granola made a very tasty loaf of bread but a raspberry apple granola turned this into an extraordinary breakfast bread!

Orange Bread

After much trial and error, we finally came up with a winning orange bread. Try it with chicken salad or as a breakfast toast. (Note: When grating the orange peels, be sure to use the rind only and not the bitter white pith underneath.)
